Stanford Pierce Sr. — St. Peterburg, FL — Pierce Clinic of Chiropractic

Dr. Pierce, a third generation Chiropractor, has practiced in St. Petersburg, FL since 1968. He was the third recipient of the C.C.E. Sherman College Board Certification in Atlas Orthogonality and has attended over 50 symposiums in the analysis and treatment of neck conditions. In addition to being the founder and developer of the Advanced Orthogonal Techniques and Procedures program, Dr. Pierce was an instructor for the R.W. Sweat Foundation of Atlanta, Ga.

He is currently the Lead Instructor on the Advanced Orthogonal Technique and designed the Advanced Orthogonal Percussion Adjusting Instrument. Dr. Pierce has participated on the Extended Faculty of the Sherman College of Chiropractic, Life Chiropractic College West, and Palmer College of Florida. He also developed the first Post Graduate Intern Program for Advanced Upper Cervical Doctors. Dr. Pierce is a dedicated Christian, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and enjoys an occasional game of golf.

Jeremy Miller — St. Peterburg, FL — Pierce Clinic of Chiropractic

Born and raised in Iowa, Dr. Miller formed his passion for science and caring for others at an early age. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Simpson College subsequently discovering his true calling in the field of chiropractic.

Dr. Miller was accepted into Life University’s Doctorate program and pursued a duel-degree, earning both a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master’s in Sports Health Science. While at school, he had the opportunity to provide care to the college’s elite rugby athletes and athletes from Kennesaw State. Dr. Miller advanced his passion for learning through the pursuit of Upper Cervical Chiropractic research and was accepted to be an Honors Research Tract participant. In collaborating with esteemed faculty members and field doctors, he published a groundbreaking study on Atlas alignment and balance shortly before graduation. Dr. Miller remains committed to understanding the relationship between the upper cervical spine and the nervous system as he continues his research pursuits actively working on several projects.



After completing an internship at the world-renowned Pierce Clinic, Dr. Miller accepted a treating position and is currently serving as the clinic Director of Doctors. He not only provides life-changing care as a treating doctor, but has also served as the Director of Research and Development as well as the Executive Director of the Advanced Orthogonal Institute. He has served as a lead instructor for several seminars sharing his expertise to students and doctors from across the world.

While Dr. Miller has helped thousands of patients with many different ailments, he has a personal passion for helping patients with debilitating and chronic headaches and migraines regain their quality of life. He is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and restoring health and function to all.

In his spare time, Dr. Miller loves raising his three young sons and teaching them new things every day. He enjoys nerdy board games and outdoor activities.

DUTCH D’AMICO, D.C.

Dutch D'Amico — St. Peterburg, FL — Pierce Clinic of Chiropractic

Dr. Dutch is proud to be a fifth generation Doctor of Chiropractic and the grandson of Dr. G. Stanford Pierce, Sr., the founder of the Advanced Orthogonal (AdvO) technique. Dr. Dutch has always appreciated the value of Upper Cervical Chiropractic, starting under care at only 2 days old.


Dr. Dutch served in the US Army on active duty as an Artilleryman and Instructor. He was deployed to Afghanistan as a Non-Commissioned Officer in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Upon leaving active duty, Dr. Dutch pursued his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at Life University in Marietta, GA, while simultaneously serving as a Senior Leader in Georgia’s National Guard Medical Command. While at Live University, Dr. Dutch served as president of the Upper Cervical Club for two years. Upon graduation, he moved back to Florida to begin his career at Pierce Clinic of Chiropractic, where he obtained his certification in the Advanced Orthogonal technique.


His passion for the Advanced Orthogonal (AdvO) procedure and patient care now drive his work ethic at the Pierce Clinic. In addition to serving others as a doctor at the clinic, he is also an instructor in the Advanced Orthogonal technique, training doctors from around the country on this state-of-the-art procedure. Dr. Dutch also serves as Director of Research and Development for Spinalight, Inc., the developer of the cutting-edge instrument technology used to deliver the AdvO adjustment.


In addition to his AdvO certification, Dr. Dutch is also certified in the Activator technique, Thompson technique, Torque Release technique and is currently working to complete his C.C.E.P. (Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner) certification.


Outside the clinic, Dr. Dutch loves spending time with this beautiful wife Stephanie and their three children, Anthony, Isabella and Kathleen. While building a great relationship with his local and surrounding community, he also enjoys golfing and cheering on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
